Bee Kind Designs is a custom made, to order, boutique, and we aim to please all our customers. Sometimes however, there may be issues outside our control and we always will endeavour to resolve them. We therefore urge our clients to read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Exchange and refund

Each item is made to order and custom made just for you so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect spelling, or errors that are resultant due to incorrect information provided. This is not inclusive of situations in which the error is ours. When adding you details please double check all spelling before checking out. The items will be made as per your request and spelling.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives faulty or damaged please email us on Support@beekinddesigns.com.au as you receive your order, with description and images of damage or fault. Once we have assessed the item we will replace or refund item (this does not include the postage fees).
There is strictly no replacement or refund on items damaged from wear and tear after this period.
Please read instructions on how to look after your products.
Orders are shipped via Australia post within 1 to 10 business days closer to 2 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas. We will do our best to have your order shipped as soon as possible, however we cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay caused by Australia Post, or caused by providing incorrect address. All items are either trackable or registered depending on the selected postage at checkout.
